The apartment features two bedrooms: one with a double bed (180x200 cm, separable), a mirrored wardrobe, and two chairs, and the other with two single beds and also a mirrored wardrobe. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for your stay, including a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine with grinder, ceramic hob, dishwasher, and complete dishware. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a table, a bench, and two chairs.

The living area is furnished with a flat-screen TV, a connected sound system, a sofa with a table, and access to the balcony. The bathroom includes a spacious shower (90x120 cm), a toilet, and a washbasin. A small wardrobe cabinet is available in the entrance area.

Cozy shepherd's wagon with a fixed location, nestled between the animal enclosure and the playground on the holiday farm in Kelheimwinzer.
The approximately 12 m² shepherd's wagon is accessible via three small steps. Well-developed cycling and hiking trails are nearby, offering an excellent opportunity to explore the natural beauty and surroundings of Kelheim.
At the rear of the wagon, you'll find a double bed with a sleeping area of 200x200 cm. Just in front of the bed, there are two seating places with a table. The front of the wagon features a compact kitchenette equipped with a sink and water tap (instant water heater), a small work surface, a refrigerator, a single hotplate, a kettle, a small coffee machine, and dishware for two people.
A small flat-screen TV is mounted above the entrance door, and a wood-burning stove ensures that the shepherd's wagon can be comfortably heated.
The bathroom is located in a garden hut just 5 meters away. It is exclusively for guests of the shepherd's wagon and features a corner shower, a toilet, and a washbasin.
