With a spacious living area of 90 m² spread over two floors (ground floor and first floor), the apartment provides ample space for families or friends. The surrounding area offers well-maintained cycling and hiking trails, inviting you to explore the beautiful nature and attractions of Kelheim.

On the upper floor, you will find three bedrooms: one features a double bed (180x200 cm) and a mirrored wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and also includes a mirrored wardrobe. The third and smallest bedroom offers a single bed and a wardrobe.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine with grinder, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and complete dishware. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a table, a bench, and three chairs.

The living area is perfect for relaxing, featuring a flat-screen TV, a connected sound system, and a sofa with a coffee table. From here, you can access the terrace, which is ideal for enjoying time outdoors.

The apartment includes two modern bathrooms: the upper-floor bathroom features a shower, toilet, towel warmer, bathtub, and washbasin. The second bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower, toilet, towel warmer, and washbasin. For added comfort, the entire apartment is fitted with underfloor heating.
